Job Qualifications:
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree. (Business, Purchasing Warehouse Material & Management Course).
· 1 year experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Experience with warehouse management or inventory software is an advantage.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Can easily understand instructions and work under minimum supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking stock movements, and identifying discrepancies.
· Receiving, verifying, and processing incoming and outgoing shipments.
· Inputting data into computer systems, updating records, and generating reports.
· Maintaining organized files and records related to inventory, shipments, and other warehouse activities.
· Coordinate with warehouse staff and logistics providers regarding deliveries and pickups.
· Providing general office support, such as answering phones, handling mail.
· Adhering to warehouse safety procedures and regulations.
Working with other warehouse staff and departments to ensure efficient operations.
