JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Background in manufacturing operations with hands-on experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal capabilities.
  • Minimum of one year leading and managing a team effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in a Production Supervisor role or similar, with a proactive and goal-oriented approach.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and manage expenses related to production operations.
  • Plan and organize production schedules and activities.
  • Lead and manage a team of production engineers.
  • Work jointly with other engineering professionals to design strategies for process enhancements.
  • Identify issues in the production workflow and offer solutions along with relevant training.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php23, Php30,000.00 per month
