We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Staff to join our team and support key human resource functions, including recruitment, employee movement, timekeeping, policy compliance, and offboarding. The ideal candidate is someone with at least 1 year of HR experience, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to upholding HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment and Onboarding
Handles end-to-end recruitment:
Job posting and sourcing candidates
- Screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Conducting initial interviews
- Administering and checking pre-employment exams
- Preparing psychological reports and coordinating interview results
- Assisting with completion of pre-employment requirements
2. Employee Movement & Compensation Adjustments
Processes:
Promotions, transfers, and departmental reassignments
- Salary increases and adjustments with proper approvals
- Communication with Payroll for accurate implementation
3. Offboarding & Employee Separation
- Manages separation process for resignations, terminations, contract end, and retirement
- Ensures timely processing of clearances and endorsement of final pay
4. Policy Implementation & Compliance
- Supports implementation of HR policies
- Ensures adherence to labor laws and internal guidelines
5. Timekeeping
- Monitors and validates attendance and biometric logs
- Manages schedule changes in HRIS (shift, day-off, holidays)
6. Security Coordination
Coordinates with security agency for:
Guard deployment and reassignment
- Performance monitoring and compliance
7. Employee Records Management
- Maintains 201 files and other employee documentation
- Ensures safekeeping and confidentiality of employee records
8. General HR Support
- Performs additional tasks as required by HR Supervisor, Operations Manager, or General Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in human resources
- Strong understanding of recruitment and employee lifecycle processes
- Familiarity with timekeeping systems and HRIS is an advantage
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
