Job description

Handles product development and costing, purchasing, logistics, and inventory. Coordinates with teams and partners. Manages B2B and corporate giveaway admin tasks, maintains databases, and processes government documents.

  • Market analysis to identify the product trends and to understand the competition within an industry or type of product through the analysis of demand and supply, degree of competition, future prospects in order to provide competition or provide a high return on investment
  • Examine competitor's products and identify important features and compare them with the existing company products
  • Customer survey to assess needs we can address via a new product or service that Jacinto & Lirio may offer
  • Collaborate with Sales department to better understand customer demands
  • Existing designs or pegs that we can improve on or are not yet available in the Philippines and other international markets.
  • Create product specifications and packaging including a list of possible new features based on the research findings
  • Identify possible issues that may arise during the design and development phase
  • Prepare cost estimates and sales projections
  • Create working drawings of the product
  • Select and source materials to be used for the product
  • Look for suppliers and request quotations
  • Establish materials to be used in the interior design industry and be able to look for partners that can produce the goods.
  • Explore how other materials are made and how water hyacinths can be incorporated into a product.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferably with 2 years job experience
  • Very detailed and organized
  • College graduate
  • Computer literate
  • Fully Vaccinated
