Sales Engineering at FactSet designs enterprise solutions at scale for sophisticated clients across the financial services industry. The team focuses on elevating relationships and driving solutions with C-Suite leaders to deliver solutions grounded in FactSet's 45+ years of experience in content, analytics, technology, and services.
Sales Engineering is a multidisciplinary organization focused on business advisory, technology consulting, proposal creation, due diligence, and process engineering. The team includes engineers, architects, and designers, who bring a deep bench of industry and technical experience across the complete investment lifecycle to our clients.
Sales Engineering aligns with FactSet's Sales, Technology, and Product organizations and is the bridge between client business/technology requirements and FactSet's broad catalog of products, services, data, and other functional capabilities. Our offerings span Asset Management, Wealth Management, Investment Banking, and Corporate firm types across all asset classes, with industry-leading front, middle, and back-office workflow.
What You'll Do
A Technical Response Coordinator supports the client's due diligence management, including RFPs/RFIs/Security Questionnaires, a key component of client onboarding and ongoing use of FactSet's products. Primary responsibility is to provide formal responses to highlight FactSet technologies, products, and services. With the rapid evolution of FactSet software and ever-changing client security, network, server, PC, and tablet environments, Technical Response Coordination is instrumental in ensuring clients have the information they need to meet internal due diligence requirements for the successful use of FactSet within their organization.
- Complete client Request for Purchase/Proposal (RFP), Security, and Due Diligence questionnaires, and similar inquiries.
- Use automation and Generative AI tooling to respond to client inquiries efficiently and accurately
- Securely send completed questionnaires and supporting documentation to clients
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts across departments to gather, validate, and compile responses and supporting documentation.
- Maintain and continuously improve well-structured, comprehensive knowledge domains in collaboration with knowledge SMEs, ensuring content is up-to-date, accurate, and categorized for efficient retrieval
- Document new or update existing team procedures to facilitate support for new processes
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years prior industry experience
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to read and interpret technical documentation
- Business-level written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
- An interest in AWS cloud
- An interest in Generative AI and LLMs
- Willingness to become AWS certified
