Dedicated worker bringing extensive experience in high volume operation and shipments, such as warehouse, logistics, distribution, and inventory management.

Job Responsibility

  • He coordinates with truck drivers and accompanied them on routes
  • He ensures optimal quality, safety measure and proper handling procedure of products before loading /unloading and handover of the products.
  • He consistently looked for ways to meet and succeed in customer satisfaction.
  • He maintained neat and clean loading area for products
  • He compiles accurate delivery records and reports
  • He reports delivery related to the manager such as returns/pullouts, concerns and incases of delayed of time
  • He effectively communicates with clients and customers to resolve complaints
  • He utilized various equipment for transfer of goods and ensured safety
  • He must obtain clients and customers signatures as an acknowledgment of having received the delivered products
  • He relays delivery related information, client concerns and delivery requirements to the manager
  • He ensures that all safety policies and procedures are adhered to
  • He has to assist in cleaning of the office premises before the start of work
  • He has to assist in office works, such as fling of paper works/delivery receipts, sales invoices, shredding of confidential and non-confidential papers, organizing/unboxing of retention samples, pulling out of expired sample retentions, photocopying of files
  • After/None delivery schedule, he has to assist in Loading and offloading of delivery products and shipments from the broker

Job Qualification

  • At least high school graduate
  • Proven experience working in warehouse and/or logistics
  • Proven customer service experience is preferred
  • The ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift heavy objects
  • Clean cut and well-dressed appearance
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Physically and mentally fit
  • Have the endurance to work long hours, work well as part of the team
  • Ability to work in extended hours, weekends and holidays
  • Strong work ethic

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From Php18,304.00 per month
