We're hiring a high-performance Chief of Staff to support our executive team and help drive execution across the business. This is not a virtual assistant or admin role: you'll be expected to think critically, problem-solve independently, and take ownership of key projects. You'll work closely with company leadership across Tech, Marketing, Fulfillment, Genomics, Labs, and Operations. Working Schedule:

Graveyard shift . Working hours will be from 2AM to 11 AM Manila Time with some flexibility on hours.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Own Projects: Manage cross-functional initiatives from start to finish. Build timelines, chase follow-ups, hit goals.
  • Prioritize & Organize: Help executives focus on what matters. Manage workflows, keep everyone aligned, and ensure things get done.
  • Support Operations: Track KPIs, keep dashboards updated, and drive reporting that helps teams move faster.
  • Solve Problems: Step in where needed: whether it's fulfillment, marketing, tech, or customer experience. Figure it out and fix it.
  • Execute Special Projects: Take on one-off tasks that need precision and hustle.
  • Build Better Systems: Help improve how the company operates: better SOPs, checklists, automations, and workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Business fluent English proficiency level is required for effective communication in this role
  • 5+ years in operations, executive support, or project management
  • Extremely organized and able to manage multiple moving pieces
  • Self-starter mindset with high attention to detail
  • Experience using tools like Notion, ClickUp, or Airtable is a big plus
  • Willing to work overlapping hours with U.S. time zones (2AM to 11 AM Manila Time)
  • Willing to work as an Independent Contractor
  • With ready work form home setup and reliable equipment
