About the role

Are you passionate about retail and keeping stores looking their best? Super Candy Corporation, a leading confectionery company, is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our dynamic team in Caloocan City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our products are displayed and merchandised to the highest standards across our retail partners' stores.

What you'll be doing

  1. Visiting assigned retail stores on a regular basis to monitor and maintain optimal product placement, stock levels, and overall store presentation
  2. Restocking and replenishing shelves, ensuring products are neatly and attractively displayed
  3. Liaising with store managers to understand their needs and requirements, and working collaboratively to address any issues
  4. Providing feedback and recommendations to the merchandising team to help improve product visibility and sales
  5. Maintaining detailed records and reporting on store conditions, stock levels, and any other relevant data
  6. Supporting promotional activities and special merchandising projects as required

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar retail-focused role, preferably within the FMCG or confectionery industry
  2. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual merchandising
  3. Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with store personnel
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to use technology to record and report on store data
  5. A proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach to problem-solving
  6. A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
