Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily production processes such as mixing, baking, cooking, slicing, packing, and labeling of food products.
  • Ensure proper handling of ingredients and finished goods according to food safety standards.
  • Operate and maintain basic production equipment under supervision.
  • Monitor production output to meet target quantity and quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies during operations.
  • Support other production lines as needed to meet production schedules.
  • Report any equipment malfunction or product defects to the supervisor immediately.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate / Vocational Graduate
  • Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
  • With or without experience (training will be provided)
  • Experience in food manufacturing or bakery production is an advantage

Work Environment:

  • Food manufacturing setting (may involve standing for long hours, lifting, and exposure to varying temperatures).
  • Team-oriented and goal-driven production department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php695.00 per day
