About the role

Join the team at Phil. Rigid Construction Corporation as a full-time Crane Operator based in Tayud Consolacion Cebu. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of cranes on construction sites, playing a vital part in the successful delivery of our projects.

What you'll be doing

1. Safely operate various types of cranes to lift and move heavy loads on construction sites
2. Perform regular maintenance and inspections on cranes to ensure optimal performance and safety
3. Communicate effectively with site supervisors, riggers, and other team members to coordinate crane operations

What we're looking for

1. Certification as a qualified Crane Operator, with extensive experience operating a variety of crane types in the construction industry
2. Strong knowledge of crane safety procedures, load calculations, and rigging techniques
3. Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and a strong safety-first mindset
4. Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels
