1. Sales and Client Acquisition
- Main person responsible for achieving sales targets in the GWM branch.
- Conduct field sales activities (house-to-house, area roaming, and client visits) to promote GWM vehicles.
- Handle walk-in inquiries in the showroom and assist clients with product selection.
- Provide accurate details on vehicle features, technical specifications, pricing, and financing options.
- Submit a daily sales report on inquiries, leads, and closed deals.
2. Marketing and Promotion
- Actively promote GWM vehicles through product presentations, test drives, and field marketing activities.
- Support showroom promotions, events, and campaigns to increase visibility.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Team to align sales efforts with ongoing campaigns.
3. Sales Documentation
- Prepare and process sales documents (quotations, sales orders, invoices).
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of client requirements before unit release.
- Safekeep signed request forms, contracts, and client documents for proper filing.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and clients for after-sales support.
- Address customer concerns and relay feedback to management.
5. Market Research and Competitor Monitoring
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market pricing.
- Provide inputs and recommendations to management for better sales strategies.
- Identify potential areas/markets for business development.
6. Service Coordination
- Coordinate with the Service Department for pre-delivery inspections, ensuring all units are complete with booklet, manual, and part list.
- Ensure proper implementation of the First-In/First-Out (FIFO) rule in vehicle releases.
7. Reporting and Accountability
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports (including inquiries, follow-ups, and closed deals).
- Report any discrepancies, challenges, or issues encountered in the field.
- Accomplish tasks assigned by the Immediate Supervisor or Management.
