JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Tourism or any equivalent course.
- With at least 2-3 years of work experience as a Receptionist.
- Willing to be assigned in BGC branch.
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them in pleasingly
- Assist walk in clients/patients' inquiries
- Respond to telephone calls and answer any query correctly
- Gathers patient information by collecting demographic information
- Proper issuance of receipt and safekeeping of cashier's copy
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct
- Calculate total payments received during a time period, and reconcile this with total sales
- Submit daily sales report
- Other tasks that Management may assign from time to time relevant to job position
