About the Role:

CARIKO Bags is looking for a creative and driven Sales and Marketing Officer who will help grow our brand online and offline. This role combines social media marketing, content creation, and on-ground brand activation through booths and conventions.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Create content such as photos, videos, reels, and product features.
  • Manage social media pages, respond to inquiries, and engage with audiences.
  • Set up, operate, and supervise CARIKO booths in events, pop-ups, and conventions.
  • Assist customers, promote products, and drive on-site sales.
  • Coordinate logistics for events: booth setup, inventory, product display, and manpower.
  • Track event performance and provide reports.
  • Maintain and update listings on online selling platforms.
  • Monitor analytics and implement strategies to improve brand visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Marketing, Communication, Business, Multimedia Arts, or similar course.
  • 1–2 years of digital marketing experience (preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or retail).
  • Knowledge in basic graphic design or video editing tools.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Willing to travel for events and work occasionally on weekends.
  • Creative, organized, and able to multitask.
