Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote maritime leisure vacation packages.

* Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to customers based on their preferences.

* Build rapport with customers to understand their vacation needs and preferences effectively.

* Utilize persuasive selling techniques to encourage customers to book their dream oceanic leisure vacation.

* Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process.

* Follow up with customers via email to provide additional information and support.

* Demonstrate consistent and reliable performance, meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer service metrics.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and service requests in the CRM system.

Stay informed about the latest cruise offerings, promotions, and industry trends.

Requirements:

* Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

* Proven experience in outbound sales and customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.

* At least 1 years of experience in sales in the BPO/Call Center industry.

* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

* A natural affinity for achieving sales targets, with a record of consistent performance.

* Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales/service tools.
