The opportunity

We're growing our product development team and are hiring multiple Senior Ruby on Rails Developers to form a brand new team in the Philippines. In this role, you'll help build innovative, scalable solutions that support our customers around the world.

You'll work on our recruitment marketing platform, which enables our customers to create outstanding, on-brand career sites that attract and engage top talent. With built-in marketing automation and personalised content, our solution nurtures candidates and connects businesses with the right people faster.

This new team will collaborate closely with colleagues in Ireland and will be part of a larger product team based in Manila.

Snapshot of the role

As a Senior Developer, you'll be part of a high-performing engineering team, working closely with our VP Recruitment Marketing and Lead Developer to evolve and support our Recruitment Marketing platform.

This space is moving fast - and so will you. You'll have real influence over how the product takes shape, and you'll ship code to production daily, putting valuable features in the hands of our customers quickly.

We practice continuous delivery, supported by:

  • Clean, well-tested code (we aim for 100% test coverage)
  • Infrastructure as Code for resilience and reliability
  • A multi-region AWS cloud environment
  • A Ruby on Rails foundation backed by MySQL
