  • order fulfillment which includes order management, invoicing and logistics (for LSDX Large pack, consumable and reagents order)
  • support the service organization.
  • identify and respond to customer's/sales inquiries or concerns and ensure prompt resolution to customer's satisfaction.
  • generate PO for local supplies that is bundled to instruments.
  • update customer on the status of order and date of delivery.
  • ensure timely reporting of orders, sales, and backlog performance.
  • coordinate with customs broker for the customs clearance and delivery of goods.
  • check estimate computation of duties and taxes.
  • coordinate with Finance to release credit block before we proceed to deliver the goods.
  • manage order fulfilment and timely shipment delivery to customers.
  • facilitates and coordinates Returned Material Authorization (RMA) as necessary.
