This role conducts supplier audits and assessments, evaluating risk, performance, and compliance, and takes action to mitigate risks and ensure operational excellence.

Job Description

  • Manage and oversee supplier performance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality and food safety standards
  • Conduct supplier audits and assessments to evaluate risk, performance, and compliance
  • Ensure timely and accurate supplier documentation and records management
  • Evaluate and select new suppliers based on criteria related to quality and food safety
  • Develop and implement supplier development programs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology
  • Has 2 years experience in conducting audits and assessments, particularly in the food industry
  • Experience in performing root cause analysis, corrective actions, addressing non-conformities, and implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Audit and Compliance expertise

  • Time Management and communication skills
