Job description

We are looking for a motivated Finance Recruiter to help grow our team. This role involves sourcing, attracting, and retaining top mortgage professionals who align with our vision. You'll work closely with hiring managers & onshore to develop sourcing strategies and use various platforms to find qualified candidates.

The ideal candidate is driven, has excellent communication skills, and a proven background in recruitment. You will play a key role in promoting our company as an employer of choice in the mortgage industry while ensuring candidates enjoy a smooth and engaging experience from first contact to onboarding. Join us in attracting top talent to support our growth and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top mortgage brokers, loan processor, credit analsyt, etc.

  • Source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers, onshore, to define job requirements and establish recruitment goals.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to candidate selection.

  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.

Job requirements

  • With 1 - 2 years of proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the mortgage or finance services industry.

  • Strong understanding of mortgage products, regulations, and industry trends.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
