You will play a key role in promoting our company as an employer of choice in the mortgage industry while ensuring candidates enjoy a smooth and engaging experience from first contact to onboarding. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top mortgage brokers, loan processor, credit analsyt, etc.
Source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
Collaborate with hiring managers, onshore, to define job requirements and establish recruitment goals.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to candidate selection.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
With 1 - 2 years of proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the mortgage or finance services industry.
Strong understanding of mortgage products, regulations, and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Benefits:
