About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused CSR | Easy Sales Associate to join our team at MM Royalcare Marketing Services Inc.' in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our sales efforts. Your excellent communication skills and ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries will be key to your success in this position.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  2. Assisting customers with product information, order processing, and problem resolution
  3. Identifying and capitalising on sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
  4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  5. Collaborating with the sales team to support marketing campaigns and promotions
  6. Continuously improving your product knowledge and customer service skills

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
  2. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  3. Proven sales experience and the drive to identify and close sales opportunities
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  5. Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. High school diploma or equivalent, with some call centre or customer service experience preferred
