About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Requirements Analyst
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in requirements analysis, documentation, UAT and ORT testing, with proven ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic IT project environment and can collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for IT projects
  • Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT)
  • Prepare user manuals, training materials, and facilitate training sessions for end-users
  • Perform data analysis and utilize advanced MS Excel skills to support decision-making
  • Collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure project success
  • Support IT project management activities, including timelines, risks, and deliverables


Qualifications

  • Minimum of
    5 years' experience
    in requirements analysis, documentation, and software testing
  • Strong background in
    UAT, ORT, and training documentation
  • Skilled in
    data analysis
    with advanced proficiency in MS Excel
  • Solid understanding of
    IT project management
    practices
  • Experience in the
    banking industry
    is a strong plus

Work Setup: Full On-site
