Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in:
  • Requirements analysis and documentation
  • Software testing (including UAT and ORT)
  • Writing user manuals and training materials
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas, data visualization).
  • Experience or knowledge in IT project management and coordination.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a strong plus.
  • Amenable to work on a full onsite work set up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
  • Create comprehensive documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Use Cases.
  • Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT).
  • Develop User Manuals and Training Materials for end users.
  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and project managers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php90,000.00 per month
