Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in:
- Requirements analysis and documentation
- Software testing (including UAT and ORT)
- Writing user manuals and training materials
- Data analysis and reporting
- Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas, data visualization).
- Experience or knowledge in IT project management and coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a strong plus.
- Amenable to work on a full onsite work set up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Create comprehensive documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Use Cases.
- Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT).
- Develop User Manuals and Training Materials for end users.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and project managers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50, Php90,000.00 per month
