Job Summary

This position is a training ground to have the coordinator become very familiar with all aspects of the Vertiv sales organization, internal and external. The Mis-ship Coordinator provides Sales support by processing Mis-ship orders with Resellers, National VAR's, direct end-users, OEM accounts and Global Strategic Accounts. This position handles Critical Customer Satisfaction role. The Miss-ship Coordinator must maintain balance between corporate policy/procedures and customers' needs. It includes providing an exceptional level of customer service to all Vertiv Sales Representatives and Factory Direct Offices (FDOs).

Job Responsibilities

• Review mis-ship requests received via Change Request in CPQ to ensure mis-ship criteria are met prior booking.
• Coordinate with Reverse Logistics Team if request received is Freight Claim in nature after rejection.
• Process RMA (if necessary) and coordinate with Reverse Logistics for pick up appointment to ensure timely receipt of returned items.
• Coordinate with pertinent Planners on replacement units to expedite allocation and shipment.
• Perform research and coordination with Engineering on securing the specific spare parts needed.
• Provide sales teams updates on the status of their requests and work closely with them in securing required supporting documents.
• Act as a backup whenever Reverse Logistics Coordinator is out. 
• Assist Order Coordinators on change requests when bandwidth permits.
• Performs any reporting activity or task assigned by immediate supervisor as needed, or in fulfillment of and in relation to essential functions.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum exposure in a Sales/Order entry support role ideally within a Manufacturing/Engineering setting.
• Bachelor's degree of any 4-year course.
• Efficiently organize and manage multiple priorities. 
• Possess computer proficiency including familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel. 
• Display a proactive flexible approach to working within a team environment.
• Previous experience in an Electrical Contracting / Engineering/ Estimating background environment though preferable is not essential.
