Job Description
As a Paid Social & E-Commerce Marketing Specialist, you'll create engaging content, support paid campaigns, and manage day-to-day activities across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You'll help grow an active community, boost engagement, and track performance-playing a vital role in shaping the brand's digital presence.

The Qualifications We Seek
- 1-3 years' experience in a digital marketing or social media role, with proven experience using Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok (organic and paid)
- Must have experience with selling and e-commerce
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager is essential
- Confident in creating social content (especially video), with a good eye for visual storytelling
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Passion for digital trends, social media, and consumer engagement
- Experience using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus
- Bonus: experience with eCommerce platforms or social media for product-based brands
Your Daily Tasks
- Assist with planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Support the management and optimization of paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences to inform content strategy
- Help produce and edit short-form video content for Reels and TikTok
- Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages in line with brand tone
- Track and report on social media performance using Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and Google Analytics
- Coordinate content approvals and collaborate with internal teams
- Assist with influencer collaborations and user-generated content
- Stay up to date with platform updates, best practices, and algorithm changes
