Job Description

As a Paid Social & E-Commerce Marketing Specialist, you'll create engaging content, support paid campaigns, and manage day-to-day activities across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You'll help grow an active community, boost engagement, and track performance-playing a vital role in shaping the brand's digital presence.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 1-3 years' experience in a digital marketing or social media role, with proven experience using Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok (organic and paid)
  • Must have experience with selling and e-commerce
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager is essential
  • Confident in creating social content (especially video), with a good eye for visual storytelling
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Passion for digital trends, social media, and consumer engagement
  • Experience using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus
  • Bonus: experience with eCommerce platforms or social media for product-based brands

Your Daily Tasks

  • Assist with planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Support the management and optimization of paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences to inform content strategy
  • Help produce and edit short-form video content for Reels and TikTok
  • Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages in line with brand tone
  • Track and report on social media performance using Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and Google Analytics
  • Coordinate content approvals and collaborate with internal teams
  • Assist with influencer collaborations and user-generated content
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, best practices, and algorithm changes
