The Sales Supervisor will lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets, drive revenue growth, and expand market share for the company's telecommunications products and services. This role involves hands-on field supervision, performance management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and efficient sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support the daily activities of the sales team (retail, field, or B2B) to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote telco products.
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs, prepare sales reports, and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular field visits to ensure sales coverage, compliance, and service quality.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and service delivery.
  • Handle escalated customer issues professionally and resolve them efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and brand standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
