JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Architect, design, and implement enterprise IT infrastructure to support business

growth and operational efficiency.


• Lead the deployment, integration, and optimization of IT systems, ensuring scalability,

security, and high availability.


• Develop and enforce IT architecture standards, policies, and best practices for

enterprise infrastructure.


• Oversee cloud and on-premise infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Azure,

VMware, and hybrid environments.


• Evaluate and implement IT security frameworks, ensuring compliance with industry

best practices and company policies.


• Provide technical leadership to IT teams, guiding engineers on system design,

troubleshooting, and operational improvements.


• Manage backup and disaster recovery strategies, ensuring business continuity and data

protection.


• Optimize IT processes and automation, enhancing system performance and reducing

manual interventions.


• Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and IT governance

frameworks.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT architecture with business goals and digital

transformation initiatives.


• Lead migration projects, including Hybrid Azure AD, Exchange Online, and cloud

based solutions.


• Provide expert guidance on enterprise security measures, including Jump Box

deployment and endpoint protection.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:


• 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT system implementation and architecture,

preferably in large-scale environments with 1000+ employees.


• Expertise in Microsoft IT ecosystems, including Active Directory (AD), Exchange,

Office 365, and Azure.


• Hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration and hybrid cloud solutions.


• Deep understanding of VMware Hyper-Converged architecture, VMware Horizon,

and virtualization strategies.


• Strong knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions, particularly Veeam.


• Experience with Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure and designing hybrid-cloud

architectures.


• Proven experience in Hybrid Azure AD implementation and Exchange Online

migration.


• Proficiency in Unified Endpoint Management (Intune) and modern device

management strategies.


• Solid understanding of IT security best practices, identity management, and Jump

Box deployment.


• Familiarity with ITIL service management frameworks and IT governance

methodologies.


• Ability to analyze, design, and implement IT architectures that align with business

objectives.


• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Good English reading and writing skills are preferred.
