· Shall assist both audit teams (Manila Water and Maynilad Teams) in the conduct of procurement and cost benchmarking audit

· Perform document review and data gathering of MWCI/MWSI CAPEX Projects related to the development of cost library and bid compliance checklists

· Assess and evaluate the prudence and efficiency of CAPEX projects using the MWSS-RO approved Technical Audit Guidelines

· Analyze the effect of unimplemented CAPEX to KPIs/BEMs and service obligations related to cost efficiency

· Make use of the MWSS RO Cost Referencing System and similar industry data in establishing cost benchmarks

· Assist in the preparation of inception report, progress report, draft final audit report, final audit report and final acceptance report.

· Assist in the transfer of technology and expertise to MWSS RO personnel

· Reports to the project office in MWSS RO Building, Katipunan Avenue, corner H Ventura St, Balara, Quezon City

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Sanitary Engineering or any related Engineering field
  • Computer literate (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of water supply, wastewater and NRW projects
  • With similar experience in procurement and cost engineering
