MIS Specialist

• ·Shall assist both audit teams (Manila Water and Maynilad Teams) in the conduct of monitoring systems enhancement
• Review current MWSS RO monitoring and reporting systems on CAPEX as well as KPI-BEMS
• Lead the task on CAPEX monitoring systems enhancement and work with team specialists to collate user pain points, map data flows, and prototype dashboard enhancements
• Design an improved CAPEX dashboard: real-time project tracking, delay/cost-overrun alerts, integrated audit trail features.
• Recommend adoption of a digital audit platform with standardized templates and secure user roles and secure log-in features
• Assist in the preparation of inception report, progress report, draft final audit report, final audit report and final acceptance report.
• Assist in the transfer of technology and expertise to MWSS RO personnel
• Reports to the project office in MWSS RO Building, Katipunan Avenue, corner H Ventura St, Balara, Quezon City

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Information technology or any related field
• Familiarity with database management systems, data analysis and programming
• Similar experience in water and wastewater, or any engineering industry is an advantage
