What you'll be doing

  • Providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, answering queries and processing sales transactions efficiently
  • Maintaining the store's visual merchandising standards by restocking shelves, ensuring products are neatly displayed and keeping the sales floor tidy
  • Accurately operating the cash register and handling financial transactions
  • Receiving and processing incoming stock deliveries, and ensuring store inventory is well-organised and accurately maintained
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment by supporting your colleagues as needed

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or service role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Attention to detail and the capability to work with numerical data and handle cash transactions accurately
  • Enthusiasm, flexibility and a willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the business
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
