BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE GENERAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION (JOB SUMMARY)

  • Provides supervision and guidance to the assigned Attorney in the handling, litigation or defense of all civil, criminal and administrative cases filed for or against the Fund. Conducts initial review of draft complaints, motions, petitions or any other pleadings to be filed before any courts and ensures timely submission thereof.

9. Performance Rating for the last two (2) rating periods:
