Job Summary

Performs inventory control tasks and supports warehouse operations by utilizing the Acumatica ERP and
WMS applications to ensure accurate data, efficient workflows, and coordination with internal teams.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Process transactions based on the suggested locations provided by the Warehouse Management
System (WMS) application.
2. Correct errors flagged by the WMS application to maintain data integrity and workflow efficiency.
3. Supports and coordinate with the forklift and/or reach truck operator and/or warehouse supervisors to
optimization warehouse locations and racking.
4. Maintain the relevancy of the data in the system in his/her capacity as a WMS personnel.
5. Perform daily transactions such as inventory transfers, adjustments, confirmation of shipments in the
Acumatica ERP system.
6. Assist in keeping the inventory data in the Acumatica ERP system as up to date as possible.
7. Participate in the monthly and bi-annual physical inventory count exercises.
8. Communicate with concerned internal ERP users regarding unprocessed ERP transactions that hinder
the completion of the Inventory process.
9. Maintain a good working relationship with internal clients.
10. Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior that are relevant to the
role.
11. Undergo relevant training sessions in relation to the system and adapt updated process flowchart when
needed.
12. Checks and ensure incoming and outgoing items from Warehouse are accurate, and checklists are
accomplished.
13. Reports any warehouse and WMS concerns to the Operations and Project Manager; in case the
Operations and Project Manager is out of office, reports to the Warehouse Supervisor.
