We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Portfolio Rebalancing Associate to oversee our portfolio rebalancing system in Black Diamond. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing investment allocation models, managing clients' requests for funds, monitoring cash balances, executing trades on a weekly basis, and ensuring overall system functionality. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of securities, a keen analytical mindset, and a passion for optimizing system processes.

This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a WFH set-up. If you have the right skill set, this may be your opportunity to join this fast-growing organization. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Model Implementation: Implement assigned investment allocation models that align with client objectives.

Rebalance according to predetermined tolerance bands. Portfolio Maintenance: Regularly assess portfolio deviation and make necessary adjustments. Make informed trade recommendations when clients have cash needs, considering their investment goals.

Manage required minimum distribution buffers and make recommendations when funds are requested. Capture losses when appropriate. Cash Balance Monitoring: Monitor cash balances in client accounts to identify available funds for investment.

Implement and track dollar cost averaging schedules. Make timely recommendations on fund allocation. Weekly Trade Implementation: Execute trades weekly to rebalance client portfolios according to established strategies and guidelines.

Rebalancing System Maintenance: Ensure the Black Diamond portfolio management system functions effectively. Troubleshoot issues and implement improvements. Suggest process and system enhancements for better efficiency.

Reporting System Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the Black Diamond reporting system for clients and advisors. Fund Research and Proposal System: Use Morningstar Advisor Workstation for fund research and preparing client reports. QUALIFICATIONS:US-based securities license – Series 65 or Series 7.

Proficient with portfolio management platforms (Black Diamond, Morningstar), Excel, and other financial tools for tracking and rebalancing portfolios.3-5 years' experience in Investment Management, Wealth Management, or Financial Advisory Firms industry. Familiarity with asset allocation, portfolio analysis, and rebalancing strategies. Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. Ability to multi-task, work independently or within a team, and prioritize work to meet deadlines. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
