Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Must have minimum 3 years' experience in business analysis in banking or financial institutions. (Non-negotiable)
  • Must have experience in IT project management. (Non-negotiable)
  • Must have experience in requirements analysis and documentation. (Non-negotiable)
  • Must have experience in conducting User's Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT). (Non-negotiable)
  • Must have experience in preparing User's Manual and training materials. (Non-negotiable)
  • Must have experience in data analysis and advance skills in MS Excel. (Non-negotiable)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with developers to confirm feasibility of the application changes and explore other options that will best address the business need and objectives
  • Provides support for UAT and implementation when needed
  • Receives and review submitted requests to be transitioned into service catalogue
  • Participates in service transition activity planning
  • Prepares reports to support Service Management department to manage the delivery of application support, maintenance and ticket resolution
