Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver & facilitate trainings per business requirements.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA), as well as develop and execute customized Training Needs Interventions (TNI) to support business KPIs.
  • Regularly communicate, collaborate, coordinate, and calibrate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coach and act as a guide on progress of new hires and identified outliers.
  • Demonstrate excellence, adaptability, integrity, accountability, and respect.

Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing with an Active PH Registered Nurse License
  • Previous Training experience in a US Healthcare BPO organization is required
  • 6mos-1 year of experience of US Healthcare Account (Prior Authorization preferred)
