· Assists the area manager in the project implementation in the assigned area; Supports initiatives to attain or even exceeds the expected SLAs.

· Supervises the work of the technicians and ensures that the dispatched SOs and tickets are managed and completed in a timely fashion.

· To efficiently distribute the SOs and tickets to the technicians in a timely manner, prioritizing and monitoring the team's output to ensure that the SLAs and that quality targets are reached and maintained.

· Responsible to conduct quality control checks, to rectify and/or advise rectification of any work by the technicians that are not in compliance with the standards.

· Trains, supports and develops new members of the team and ensures to develop the skills and competencies of the technicians.

· Assists the area manager in the preparation of the daily and weekly reports presented to the management.

· To identify and highlight best practices through continuous assessment of the team's performance and provides recommendations to the immediate superiors for the area's improvement.
