Kailangan namin ng Maintenance Technician na may kasanayan at maaasahan upang maging bahagi ng aming property management team. Ang pangunahing tungkulin ay ang pagsasagawa ng pangkalahatang pagkukumpuni, preventive maintenance, at pagsisiguro na maayos, malinis, at ligtas ang mga gusali at pasilidad ng kumpanya.

Mga Tungkulin at Responsibilidad:

  • Gumawa ng regular na inspeksyon at maintenance sa electrical, plumbing, at mechanical systems ng property.
  • Magsagawa ng mga pagkukumpuni sa mga kagamitan, pasilidad, at fixture kapag kinakailangan.
  • Magpinta, magkarpintero, at tumulong sa mga simpleng construction o repair works.
  • Tumugon agad sa mga maintenance request ng mga tenant at tiyaking maaayos ito sa tamang oras.
  • Panatilihing maayos at malinis ang mga tools at storage area ng maintenance.
  • Makipag-coordinate sa property management at mga external contractor para sa mga espesyal na pagkukumpuni.
  • Mag-monitor ng imbentaryo ng mga kagamitan at materyales para sa maintenance.
  • Sumunod sa mga patakaran at alituntunin sa kaligtasan ng kumpanya.

Mga Kwalipikasyon:

  • Nakatapos ng vocational o technical course sa Electrical, Mechanical, o Building Maintenance.
  • May hindi bababa sa 1–2 taong karanasan sa property o facility maintenance.
  • May alam sa electrical, plumbing, carpentry, at mechanical works.
  • Physically fit at kayang gumawa ng manual labor.
  • May magandang komunikasyon at pakikitungo sa mga tao.
  • Handa sa flexible schedule at on-call kung kinakailangan.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php750.00 per day
