Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures throughout the hotel (guest rooms, back-of-house areas, and common areas).
  • Diagnose and repair electrical issues such as faulty wiring, outlets, switches, lighting, and control systems.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot motor control systems, pumps, and other electromechanical equipment.
  • Perform installation or modification of electrical systems and fixtures following standard codes and safety procedures.
  • Monitor power distribution and energy usage to ensure efficient operation and minimize wastage.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls related to electrical issues.
  • Coordinate with other engineering staff for maintenance activities and assist in general engineering tasks when needed.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service reports, and electrical records.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and electrical standards as set by local regulations and hotel policies.
  • Support the Engineering Department in hotel events and operational projects that require electrical setup or temporary installation

Qualification

  • TESDA NC II (Electrical Installation and Maintenance) or any equivalent accreditation.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as an electrician, preferably in a hotel, commercial, or building maintenance setting.

Pay: Php19, Php21,000.00 per month
