About the role

RAAU Engineering Services' is seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join our team in our office in Santa Rosa City Laguna. As a Civil Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our company's engineering projects, contributing your expertise to the design, planning, and implementation of various vertical engineering initiatives such as warehouses, residential houses, condominiums and etc. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of an innovative and fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Designing and developing engineering plans and specifications for a variety of civil engineering projects

  • Conducting site assessments, surveys, strong-point on cost estimates & documentation and inspections to gather data and identify potential challenges and monitoring.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including architects, project managers, and construction personnel

  • Monitoring construction progress and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards

  • Providing technical support, technical knowledge and Professionalism.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 7-8 years of experience as a civil engineer on vertical construction like warehouses, residential houses, Fit-out works and etc.

  • Knowing the use of engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking skills, management skills is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently with less supervision and as part of a team

  • Registered as a Professional Civil Engineer (P.E.)

  • Able to drive is a plus.

  • Should be willing to relocate.
