Are you a digital marketing professional with a passion for website strategy and optimization? We're looking for a Brand Website Expert to lead the operationalization of brand website strategies across multiple markets and categories. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is ready to drive digital excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Support Zone and SBU eBusiness Category Leads in defining and executing brand website strategies.
  • Ensure brand website services are integrated into market eBusiness plans (IeBP) and business cases.
  • Conduct market readiness assessments to identify gaps in solutions, operations, resources, and budget.

Execution & Coordination

  • Develop and implement action plans with markets, agencies, MSE, and IBS to address identified gaps.
  • Coordinate strategy implementation across stakeholders including MSE, IBS, and external agencies.
  • Establish governance models to monitor performance, share insights, and drive continuous improvement.

Performance & Optimization

  • Track and report website performance metrics to Zone Category Leads.
  • Recommend improvements and share best practices across markets and categories.
  • Support capability building initiatives through training and knowledge sharing.
What will make you successful...
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum 5 years in website management, digital marketing, or eBusiness within FMCG or similar industries.

  3. Skills:

  4. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and website analytics

  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  6. Project management and strategic planning capabilities
  7. Familiarity with global digital tools and platforms (e.g., SessionCam, Google Analytics)
