Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Brand Website Expert to join our Nestlé Business Services team in Manila. This pivotal role involves supporting the rollout and optimization of the Goodness platform, which includes our website, AI chatbot, and mobile app, across multiple countries. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, IT, and website operations, to drive performance improvements and ensure seamless execution of digital strategies. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of global website strategy and continuous improvement of brand websites across markets.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including Zone, Global Product Team, and local agencies, to ensure timely execution of website strategies.
  • Oversee localization, content updates, feature rollouts, and campaign launches.
  • Provide regular performance reports, insights, and best practices to optimize website KPIs.
  • Serve as the primary contact for local agencies, ensuring governance models and processes are in place.
  • Drive SEO strategies, monitor competitor activities, and recommend actions to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Ensure IMS services and MSE solutions are fully utilized to meet objectives.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or eBusiness, with proven expertise in Content Management Systems, particularly Drupal.
  • Proven track record in managing website projects from requirements gathering, development to daily operations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in change management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Demonstrated experience working with diverse international markets and adapting strategies to fit regional needs.
  • Solid understanding of digital trends, digital ecosystems, and business processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and drive results.
