Barista Supervisor

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and train a team of baristas, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Develop and implement efficient workflows to optimize the coffee shop's operations
• Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of all coffee, tea, and specialty beverage orders
• Maintain strict quality control measures to uphold the hotel's brand standards
• Collaborate with the food and beverage management team to develop new menu items and promotional campaigns
• Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies to maintain adequate stock levels
• Actively participate in staff training and development initiatives

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced coffee shop or cafe environment
• Excellent barista skills, with a deep understanding of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a talent for motivating and mentoring staff
• Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in cash handling and inventory management
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
