HIRING: Digital Transformation / Process Improvement Consultant

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant who will lead initiatives that drive process improvement, operational excellence, and business transformation. The ideal candidate is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt professional with a strong background in process reengineering, automation, analytics, and change management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, design, and implement process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Deliver Digital Transformation and Continuous Improvement projects based on the agreed transformation roadmap.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop curated, data-driven transformation solutions.
  • Conduct design thinking workshops and process reimagination sessions to optimize customer journeys and business processes.
  • Lead and mentor teams in project execution, performance tracking, and change adoption.
  • Ensure adherence to internal protocols on project management, due diligence, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Must be a College Graduate (15 years of education)
  • 8 to 12 years of total work experience, with at least 3 years in the Insurance domain (preferred)
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified
  • Experience in process transformation and digital technologies (e.g., Process Mining, RPA, Analytics, ML/AI, Gen AI)
  • Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Minitab
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in facilitating design thinking workshops and managing stakeholder relationships
  • Flexible and willing to travel domestically or internationally when required
