Youth Coordinator

Oro Integrated Cooperative is in search of a passionate and driven Youth Coordinator who will take the lead in planning, implementing, and sustaining initiatives that empower and engage the youth sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead in the implementation of youth programs such as Youth Savers Club, Aflatoun, and Cooperative Laboratory.
• Conceptualize, recommend, and develop new youth programs aligned with the cooperative's mission and goals.
• Ensure that youth programs, activities, and plans are executed successfully.
• Act as an adviser and mentor to youth officers and leaders.
• Document youth-related programs, activities, and outputs.
• Coordinate with partner institutions to strengthen and expand youth programs.
• Provide support to the Research and Development Unit in carrying out its initiatives.
• Perform other related functions as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Education, Social Work, Development Studies, or other related courses (open to fresh graduates).
• Experience in youth development or community organizing is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passionate about working with young people and supporting cooperative values.
• Willing to be assigned at the Oro Integrated Cooperative Head Office located at Tiano Yacapin St.
