Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee MEPF & architectural works at our construction sites. As a PIC you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our fit-out project sites.

Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years working experience in Project-in-Charge / Site Management.
  • Strong site management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and oversee methodologies and implementation of MEPF systems.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and reporting skills
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage the site works, coordination, and execution fit-out works ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team, ensuring the work is executed efficiently and safely according to plan
  • Monitor and report on project performance daily, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise
