Job Overview

We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our performance marketing content studio, specializing in static social media ads. You'll collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, and marketing leads to produce engaging creative—especially for Meta platforms. This is a hands-on design role where you'll bring concepts to life quickly, experiment with variations, and deliver work that captures attention.The ideal candidate has strong design skills, a sharp eye for what works on social platforms, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Design engaging static ads for Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms
  • Translate campaign briefs, product features, and customer insights into clear, compelling visual executions
  • Create multiple design variations and iterate quickly based on feedback
  • Ensure all creative meets platform specs, best practices, and brand standards
  • Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and marketing stakeholders to deliver cohesive campaigns
  • Use available tools—including AI—to generate fresh ideas and streamline workflows
  • Maintain clarity, speed, and quality across a high volume of deliverables

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in digital ad or social media design (Meta/Facebook/Instagram strongly preferred)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful static ads and digital design work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Basic ability in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for light video editing, resizing, or simple motion graphics (a plus, not a requirement)
  • Understanding of digital ad formats, specs, and best practices across platforms
  • Comfort iterating designs based on feedback from stakeholders
  • Knowledge of AI-assisted design tools is a plus
  • E-commerce or direct-to-consumer background preferred

What You Can Expect

Working Conditions

  • Position requires long-term and fully remote work scheduled from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM US Pacific Time
  • Position requires regular, continuous use of computer.
  • Position requires regular sitting and standing.
  • Position requires regular interaction with team members through the following methods: phone, WebEx, Slack, or email.
  • Position requires time and screen tracking via Hubstaff

Work From Home Requirements

  • Own computer (Windows 10 or higher or Mac, at least 8GB RAM and at least Intel i5, Ryzen 5 or M1 processor)
  • Reliable high-speed internet access
  • Noise-cancelling headset (if applicable)
  • Private, distraction-free environment (if applicable)

Pay Range

  • Pay Rate: ₱75,000 to ₱95,000 per month
