• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in any computer-related course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in data entry or a similar role is not required but will be considered an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other data management tools.
• Ability to encode data with speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work output.
• Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and validation.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information securely.
• Reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to completing tasks on time.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new software and technologies.

Duties:

• Accurately encode data into computer systems and databases.
• Maintain and update records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Organize and maintain data files, both digital and physical, in a structured manner.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient data processing.
• Willing to be assigned in ISLAND CITY MALL
