Milestone Solutions is expanding into academic publishing. Our goal is to ensure that each publication meets academic-style standards of originality, accuracy, and contribution to knowledge.
This is an unpaid, volunteer role, but all reviewers will be formally acknowledged in the published book and on our firm's website.
As a Peer Reviewer, your primary role is to:
Evaluate the manuscript for:
Originality – Does it contribute something new? (frameworks, perspectives, applications, synthesis of ideas)
Accuracy – Are facts, citations, and reasoning solid and defensible?
Contribution to Knowledge – Does it push the field forward in a way others (researchers, professionals, students) can reference?
Provide feedback in the form of comments, notes, or suggested improvements. Flag grammar or clarity issues if they affect understanding (but you are not expected to do full editing).
Optionally provide suggested wording or examples (using tracked changes or comments). Final authorship remains with the original author.
We welcome applicants with a variety of backgrounds, including: Graduate students, researchers, or professionals in business, management, consulting, or related fields. Authors or publishing professionals with experience in manuscript review, editing, or development. Strong critical thinking and ability to evaluate academic-style writing.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Php Php270.29 per hour
