Job Summary:
The Recruitment Officer is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified applicants based on the company's manpower requirements across the feed mill, farms, and business expansion areas. This position ensures that all recruitment activities are carried out efficiently, aligned with company standards, and compliant with labor regulations. The role also supports HR documentation and employee evaluation processes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably in manufacturing, feed mill, or agriculture-related industry).
- Skills:
- Proficient in end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
- Strong communication, interviewing, and assessment skills
- Knowledgeable in HR documentation and basic labor laws
- Computer literate (MS Office, online recruitment platforms)
- Personal Traits: Proactive, organized, persuasive, confident, approachable, and detail-oriented.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php Php650.00 per day
