JOB DESCRIPTION

PURPOSE: Is passionate about visual storytelling and can create high-quality, engaging digital content that showcases our food products and brand in innovative ways. Will work on a variety of visual assets, including photography, videography, digital graphics, and animation to elevate our marketing campaigns and digital presence.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality food photography and video content for use across digital platforms (website, social media, ads, etc.)
  • Create visually appealing, on-brand content that highlights the aesthetics, quality, and features of food products.
  • Ensure that visual assets are optimized for use across multiple digital and print mediums, maintaining consistency in look and feel.
  • Design visually compelling digital graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Design digital assets that incorporate branding guidelines and maintain brand consistency.
  • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute innovative ideas for multimedia content.
  • Collaborate with food stylists, chefs, and content creators to ensure product presentation is captured in the best light.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop fresh ideas for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Help develop and maintain the visual identity of the brand, ensuring all content reflects the company's values and marketing strategy.
  • Manage and organize a library of multimedia assets, ensuring all content is properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Edit and resize images and videos to meet specific platform requirements, ensuring optimal performance (e.g., social media, websites).
  • Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of visual content and make adjustments as needed for greater engagement and impact.
  • Research food trends to ensure the brand remains fresh and relevant through captivating visual content.
  • Collaborate with food stylists to create visually appetizing and appetizingly styled food shots.
  • Bring creativity and originality to food styling to showcase the uniqueness and appeal of our products.
  • Performs any other given tasks from time to time.

SKILLS:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing work in food photography, digital design, and multimedia content creation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
  • Experience with video production, editing, and post-production techniques.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Knowledge of visual design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Photography, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE:

1-3 years of experience in multimedia production, photography, videography, or graphic design.

SUPERVISION:

Standard; attention to detail required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
