Role Overview

We are looking for a Field Collector to handle cash collections from kiosk machines, provide customer support, and troubleshoot minor hardware issues.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and securely deliver cash from kiosks
  • Address customer concerns during collections
  • Handle minor hardware issues (e.g., paper jams, troubleshooting)
  • Report to Area/Collections Supervisor

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
  • Basic troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and with teams
  • Perform additional tasks as needed

Compensation & Benefits
