The position shall be responsible in the accurate encoding and printing of checks and check vouchers to be signed by the signatories. Shall also be mindful of the payment due dates and other duties to be given.

  • Printing of approved Payment Voucher
  • Monitoring of Payment Voucher status submitted for signature.
  • Encoding of transactions to MBOS accurately.
  • Printing of encoded transactions for submission to superior for verification
  • Printing of authorized MBOS check or any other check for printing.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of 4-year course preferably Business or Office Administration course.
  • With or without experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Must willing to be assigned in Calamba City, Laguna.
